What You Will Do:

The EDI Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating the EDI order platform in its entirety, ensuring that we maximize EDI order workflow automation efficiency, order accuracy as well as continue to improve EDI capabilities to enhance customer experience. Additional responsibilities may require you to:

  • Oversee daily EDI volumes to ensure all sales orders flow through process to completion prior to shipment cut off times.

  • Proactively monitor workflows to ensure customers receive accurate and timely EDI orders, acknowledgements, ASNs, Invoices, and other applicable EDI transactions.

  • Maintain regularly updated EDI work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures; ensure new customer EDI registrations are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Marketing and Master Data to ensure GHX All-Source Catalogue is regularly updated to reflect current and active item product codes.

  • Partner with Customer Service Agents to ensure seamless service for GFAX, email and telephone orders/requests.

  • Review and resolve all customer complaints and issues related to EDI.

  • Collaborate with Information Systems and Customer Service Management to continuously improve EDI technology and process efficiency.

  • Proactively contact non- EDI customers (GFAX/Email/Phone) to transfer to integrated EDI sales ordering.

  • Analyze EDI trends and proactively proposes action/improvement plans to Customer Service Management Team.

What You Need:

Required :

  • Post-Secondary Education

  • 3+ years' experience in a supply chain or customer service environment

Preferred :

  • Previous experience working with EDI

  • Experience in the medical device field

  • Bilingualism (French and English)
