Job Description

DUTIES:

Organize and data mine clinical data to assess performance of clinical tests.

Work closely with scientists and engineers with data analysis and experimental design.

Develop software and analysis pipelines for data mining large datasets and auto generation of reports.

Develop classification algorithms and model data.

Evaluate algorithms need for filtering, clustering and qualification of data and Perform root cause analysis.

Collaborate and communicate with various teams and business units.

**Telecommuting Employee: Reports to company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in product development, or in any occupation in which the required experience can be obtained, or related experience. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Biology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in product development, or in any occupation in which the required experience can be obtained, or related experience as an equivalent alternative.

Must have knowledge or experience with:

Data analysis, modeling, and classifiers;

Data structures and common methods in data transformation;

Pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills;

Programming skills in C++, Java, and Python;

Matlab, JMP, R, PowerBI, or SPSS; and

Experience working in regulated/validated environment.
