Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop high-quality software solutions to leverage cloud-native technologies to build highly scalable, resilient, and independent services

· Troubleshoot and debug Java programs

· Collaborate with stakeholders and domain experts to develop innovative technical solutions for the hospitality industry

· Apply agile development methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and timely delivery of software solutions

· Promote quality by automating test cases

· Provide technical leadership and resolve roadblocks of junior engineers

· Perform and enforce technical design document and code review processes to ensure high-quality and maintainable code

· Foster an environment of knowledge sharing through documentation and continuous learning among team members

Requirements:

· BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

· 3+ years of in-depth knowledge of OOPS/Core Java and J2EE development

· Experience in JavaScript-based UI development preferably using Preact/React.JS

· Experience in Micro services-based Cloud Native application development using Spring Boot or Helidon running in Oracle Kubernetes Platform

· Practical experience of ADF (Application Development Framework) is preferable

· Hands-on experience in developing enterprise cloud application APIs using RESTful Web Services, leveraging JSON and Java

· Exhibit a strong knowledge and comprehension of Oracle databases

· Display proficiency in cloud technologies including the ability to deploy products in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)

· Experience in Software Agile Development methodologies

· Have expertise and practical experience in creating secure and scalable enterprise applications, encompassing IDCS, SSO, OAuth2, and SAML

· Strong technical acumen, creativity, and problem-solving skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude

· Effective written and oral communication skills
