A leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS Company is supporting the emerging trend of the vehicle industry. We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Program Manager. Position Overview: This job requires technical experiences related to building cutting-edge product and program management experiences.  This position needs to have comfortable working with the manufacturing industry as well as high technology-driven products with LG and customers.  This role is focused on managing a program and deeply involving technical requirements in the development as well as product launching. Customer communication and business negotiation to ensure strength and stability in the LG automotive business. This role is directly influencing the integration project across all LG and automotive manufactures and requires a confidant with identifying problems, communicating the concerns and driving for closure in order to deliver projects within the time frame with build trust while demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills. This role must play nice with others, have a humble service mindset, and be a results-driven self-motivator. Responsibilities: Support/lead to resolve both business, manufacturing, and technical issues Support/lead to identify and manage all program risks, publish a weekly report Support/lead cross-functional teams Validation, Manufacturing, procurement/Purchasing, Sales and Quality, customers Identify and manage all program risks during and after development Manage OEM customer relationship, develop and manage 3rd party relationship Resolving 3rd party related issues and manage Engineering Changes & 4M Communicate with LGE HQ cross-functional teams not limited to program Support/lead HW/SW technical matters/issues Develop and manage program milestone (if necessary, multiple programs) Support/lead Software & Hardware releases, sample management (inl. Logistics) and lead the customer meetings Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4+ years of work experience in a related field) 5+ years of experience in engineering and/or program management, leading programs with multiple dependencies and constraints Strong communication and influencing skills Ability to respond to requests accurately and in a timely manner Ability to work independently and with others Travel up to 30% Preferred (Not Required): Knowledge or the ability of: Managing multiple technical projects simultaneously and delivering to agreed-upon cost, quality, and timing expectations Telematics modules and wireless technology products Automotive materials or service new technologies to industry players Managing technical teams building embedded system The product life cycle from ideation to design to prototype to production Software development process (feasibility, design, implementation, integration, test, and support), preferably experience with complex systems Work across multiple disciplines (systems, embedded, server, wireless carriers, testing)
