Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business leader in the execution of talent strategy

  • Implement the HR policies & processes in the specific business unit/region

  • Enable managers in the business unit in all aspects of people management

  • Create awareness within the business unit on matters related to HR policy, and drive compliance to organization norms

  • Contribute to enhancing the employee engagement & retention of the business unit

  • Drive special initiatives /project across the organization on a need basis

  • Oversees HR operations (including but not limited to attendance management, social insurance processing, withholding income tax/payroll tax related management, employee life cycle management, health & stress check-up arrangements, health committee, updating HR rules & regulation in line with the revision of local labor laws & regulations & related filings).

  • New Joiner Assimilation and collaborate Delivery teams

  • Maintain statutory compliance related to local labor laws & regulations

  • Implement & Follow up Performance Management Process, Salary Revision, Training, Succession Planning for assigned business unit,

  • Plan & Arrange Employee Engagement Activities (annual award, sports activities, employee party, small scale get-together, on-site connect, online events, etc.) .

  • Work with global team and local & global vendors to streamline the overall process.

  • Support Talent Acquisition team for mid-career recruiting of Sales & Supporting/Back office positions, including the hiring of people with disability certificates.

  • Provide HR consultation to managers to settle & close employee relations cases.

  • Frequently connect with team members, global & local internal stakeholders

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Masters in Business Administration (HR specialization)

  • 10-15years experience in HR experience

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Execution focus

  • Relationship management

  • Energetic, Positive, Go getter attitude
