    How do you excel in this position

    The Service Parts Administrator is responsible for maintaining system data accuracy along with timely and accurate processing and invoicing of parts/purchasing and OTC transactions while maintaining inventory accuracy within this positions home location and supporting the same efforts of other team members within the three Stark Equipment service entities across Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, & Albany.

    What are we looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience.

  • 5 years of experience in the parts industry with a strong desire for knowledge within the boiler, generator, and HVAC trade.

  • Must be able to travel to Albany and Syracuse Stark Tech locations on a weekly basis.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.

  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
