PROGRAM MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and talented Program Manager to join our growing organization that helps health plan members live their healthiest lives.

In this position, you will work closely with Sr. Program Managers by assisting client onboarding activities (implementations), help to engage, and maintain that relationship over the long-term as well as provide updates and communications. Similar to the role of an Account Manager, the Program Manager assists with maintaining the BeneLynk’s existing relationships with clients so that they will continue using BeneLynk’ s products and services and identifies opportunities to expand services (i.e., upsell). The Program Manager will help track costs and forecast factors that affect budgets, spending and revenue. The role performs activities that help the client and BeneLynk team deliver the services and solutions that achieve defined goals throughout the business relationship. Ensures goals are met and/or exceeded in order to build strong client relationships to maintain current business and assist with expanding and acquiring new business. Medicare/Medicaid experience desired.

Overall, this role is highly visible and provides support for all day-to-day needs for assigned clients. Including client program implementations, education, communication, and supports change management internally and with the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend implementation scope and work with stakeholders and functional leads to define and communicate expectations and requirements for the implementation.

  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed. Respond promptly to client requests, concerns, and inquiries.

  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client requests.

  • Resolving issues and ensuring that all requests are satisfied and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.

  • Acting as the client's representative within BeneLynk to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the client and their members’ experience.

  • Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly.

  • Anticipating client needs and/or concerns to control, maintain and advise regarding opportunities and/or issues.

  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning the client’s member behaviors to understand changing needs.

  • Provide support or coordination for assigned client implementations: to include scope, timing and tracking of deliverables.

  • Regularly provide updates on work progress, obstacles, and overall performance with execution and progress toward delivery

  • Work closely with Senior Program Manager to support Sales, Product, Technology, and Operational team leads to ensure program implementation needs are delivered.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports. Review and send scheduled reports to client.

  • Adhere and maintain alignment on Service Level Agreements (SLA) within the contract.

  • Track the overall program goals, progress, risks, and mitigations weekly.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • Education- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience- 2 years’ experience working for a member advocacy company (BeneLynk or similar), healthcare or similar industry with focus on client management, project management, or program management.

  • Communication- Strong oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to deliver clear communications that deal with complex scenarios, and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, staff, and external contacts.

  • Work Style - Ability to work collaboratively and independently as the circumstances require an individual who is self-motivated and detail-oriented.
