Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Spring Lake, North Carolina

Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Spring Lake, North Carolina. The role involves a wide range of HR functions including compensation administration, compliance, and employee relations. The successful candidate will have the chance to shape our HR practices and contribute to our team's success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

• Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with HRMS (Human Resource Management System)

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Understanding and managing Benefit Functions

• Skilled in Compensation Administration

• Knowledge of Compliance regulations in HR

• Proven skills in Employee Relations

• Ability to lead and manage an HR team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Competence in designing compensation and benefits packages

• Capability to develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

• Experience in conducting performance reviews

• Ability to nurture a positive working environment.
