The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team as a member of our growing Fire Protection division in Spokane, WA. In this role you will coordinate job startups, administration and closeout processes while supporting our awesome Spokane team. Additionally, some responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and complete project reports and deliverables.

  • Maintain project documentation and organize network per the Project Manager’s request

  • Distribute documents to internal and external parties.

  • Assist with / lead invoice substantiation process.

  • Track the risk review process and maintain the necessary paperwork throughout a project.

  • Assist with labor tracking and forecasting.

  • Communicate with Purchasing and outside vendors to order and expedite material.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.

  • Manage flow of information to project management systems and stakeholders.

What You Need to be Successful at McKinstry:

  • High school diploma or equivalent—or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Three (3) years of experience in administrative function or business environment preferred.

  • Prior construction administration experience preferred.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

The pay range for this position is $22.33- $31.93 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
