In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Accountable for Biopharma accounts assigned to strengthen Cytiva’s position by working with key customer stakeholders, C-suite leaders and be a single point of contact for pre and post sales for all products
Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account.
Develop account penetration strategies for strategic accounts by working with internal stakeholders – Global Strategic Account Managers, Sales Specialist, Application & Service teams
Managing opportunities in all assigned accounts by qualifying leads and drive funnel movement
Prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, initiating, and planning customer visits at all levels of the customer organization.
Negotiating master agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions as well as facilitating tender responses to customers from the account, in conjunction with product sales specialists as needed
Develop solution selling strategies to achieve maximum foot print with good commercial acumen, customer orientation, and market intelligence
Accountable for overall account success, and growth.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Bachelor's or an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or equivalent with more than 3 year(s) of working experience in sales including strategic selling and negotiation sales is required
An individual with proven track record of commercial exposure, business development, and customer engagement is desired
Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills in a Life sciences/Bioprocess environment
Dynamic and results-oriented individual with ability to adapt to change, energize, develop, and build rapport within organization and customers
Team player embracing collaboration with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive solutions-based sales approach
Occasional travel when required to attend business meetings
