ManpowerGroup Social Media Coordinator in San Jose, California

Job Overview:

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing social media requests, developing content suggestions, and supporting our overall social media channel strategy. This role will sit within the Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to handle social media requests and ideate recommendations for the People organization and ensure they align with our brand’s voice and objectives – this can include topics like diversity and inclusion, sustainability and talent acquisition.

· Project manage social media requests from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

· Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Social Media Project Manager to develop innovative and engaging content suggestions.

· Support the development and execution of our overall social media channel strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

· Monitor social media channels for industry trends and keep the team informed.

· Analyze social media data to gauge the success of campaigns and provide reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in social media coordination or a similar role.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, and able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
