GPI is seeking full-time geotechnical engineers for staff and project level positions. Positions require B.S. or M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering with minimum 1 to 5 years experience on geotechnical design and construction projects. Candidates will be involved with execution and management of geotechnical engineering projects and explorations, including establishing exploration plans, clearing utilities, supervising field explorations, performing geophysical surveys, classifying soil, assigning laboratory testing, performing geotechnical analysis and preparing geotechnical reports. Projects span a wide variety of markets, from commercial developments to large industrial facilities, and public sector projects. Additional responsibilities may include assisting senior staff in marketing, preparing proposals, maintaining regular client contacts, managing budgets, proposals, and invoices. Knowledge of typical geotechnical design software (such as Geo-Studio, L-PILE, PY-Wall, etc.) and basic computer skills as it applies to geotechnical engineering is required. Must have strong technical writing and verbal communication skills. In addition to office work, position will involve fieldwork including, but not limited to, geotechnical exploration, construction design continuity, and on-site consultation, depending on project needs and staff availability. Geotechnical Engineer Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5years of geotechnical engineering experience (Project Engineer), 1-2 years geotechnical engineering experience (Staff Engineer)

P.E. License required (Project Engineer), EIT required (Staff Engineer)

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Project management and business development skills.

Ability to manage and mentor staff level engineers and field personnel.
