Install Laborer Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

As an Install Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our installation projects. You will work alongside our experienced technicians and installers to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the installation of drain and sewer pipes for both residential and commercial properties

  • Cut pipes to desired lengths

  • Cover pipes with earth or other materials

  • Grade and level trench bases, using tamping machines and hand tools

  • Excavation, to lay pipes

  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.

  • Preparing work areas by clearing obstacles and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

  • Providing support to technicians and installers as needed.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.

  • Adhering to all company policies and safety regulations.

    Install Laborer Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in excavation including pipe installation, pipe bursting, and pipe relining preferred

  • Willingness to "get in the trenches" and expose lines by hand

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
