Coordinate and perform the move-ins of prospective residents: monitor and notify residents of applicable rent and non-rent charges, conduct annual interviews and interim re-certifications with resident to update files on family composition and income: initiate and coordinate eviction proceedings against resident: coordinate transfers, and move-outs with Admissions and Maintenance Department, consult with residents to solve disputes, make referrals, improve housekeeping, and follow-up visits, supervise the work of subordinate employees involved in the day to day operations, attend meetings, conferences and workshops, and perform household and grounds inspections.
