We are looking for a Digitization Demand Manager to join our Global Mobility team. This position will be based on-site in our Orlando, Florida office.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Gather GMM, functional digital demands and drive technology with purpose to adjust to the customer needs. Translate customer needs into digital solutions bridging both Global Mobility Management and technicalworlds.

  • Encourage close collaboration and a dynamic exchange within the GMM organization.

  • Ensure that the GMM’s digitallandscape is aligned to current market innovations and latest trends.

  • Ensuring new applications and their maintenance are compliant with Siemens rules and with local regulations in country.

  • Lead digital transformation demands/initiatives through the implementation and streamlining of Global Mobility processes.

  • Be the face of GMM Digitalization to interface between all stakeholders.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree from an accredited university

  • A minimum of 3 years leading large-scale digitalization and data analytics projects in a multicultural environment including managing senior stakeholders, preferably in the field of Global Mobility.

  • Assessment and implementation of market out-of-the-box technologies.

  • Experience in digital process improvement projects and initiatives including implementing new tools and /or upgrades.

  • Experience in change management (accompanying process and organizational changes).

  • Business fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • An IT Project Management Certification

  • strong leadership skills and experience (disciplinary and functional)

  • Passion for digitalization and digital transformation

  • The ability to review topics from both a detailed perspective to bigger picture thinking.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit

  • Team player

  • Empathetic and engaging

  • Able to motivate people across all layers of the organization

  • Innovative and creative in thinking

  • Solution oriented

  • Open to challenge status quo and to create and drive change.

  • Additional languages are a plus

The pay range for this position is $66,500 – 139,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
