Reporting to the Global SAP FICO Senior Manager, this highly visible role is responsible for leading the design and execution of DRiV global projects and support delivery. The SAP FICO Manager will be responsible for the delivery and improvement of processes and functionalities within a global automotive manufacturing & distribution organization. This includes demonstrating highly engaged collaboration and partnership with business process owners and stakeholders. The FICO Lead Analyst will be expected to apply best practices models, methods, and approaches. The role will be expected to provide the technical thought leadership and judgment to quickly assess current state, define-refine future state, and execute the implementation of the solution. This key player will also be a seasoned and proven relationship builder, collaborator, and partner to technical and business operating stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Works as a key member within the SAP FICO Team, accountable to deliver projects and support in the Finance sub modules AR, AP, GL, AA, CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-PA and all integration points to other SAP modules in our technical ecosystem Responsible for the delivery of full project life cycle activities including defining scope, requirement analysis, estimations of time, resource and scope, functional specifications, configuration, multiple phases of testing, training, cutover, and post go live support Works with Project Leaders as the Technical / Functional Lead on global projects: providing Finance and Controlling expertise for own area and all integration points to other modules within the overall scope Coordinates the AMS support team to ensure incidents and request are solved in a timely manner, minimizing business disruption Ensures configuration and developments performed by themselves, internal and external partners meet the business requirements and project scope, is tested properly, and conforms to our standards. Ensures all documentation is complete. Supports and ensures control of change management from development environments through to the production environment Takes ownership of delivery, leads project and support teams, communicates and coordinates with business and IT stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds Qualifications & Skills: 8-10 years Knowledge and Experience in the SAP FICO Module. This experience must include 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience Broad and deep experience of customizing, enhancing, trouble shooting and supporting Finance processes including GL/ New GL, Fixed Assets, AP/ AR Invoice Processing, Tax posting and reporting, Bank Integration, US GAAP rules vs Local GAAP, Substitutions and Validations, FICO month-end closing activities Hands-on experience required with Product Cost Controlling in manufacturing environments: discrete and repetitive Understand Intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.) Understanding ofCOPA (Account Based/ Cost Based) and Profit Center/ Cost Center Accounting processes and reporting requirements FICO month-end closing activities Knowledge of the key integration points with other SAP modules and processes: MM, SD, PP etc. Experience with working with ABAP developers: technical specification, testing etc. Experience with leading, coordination and governance of solutions where System
