This position will interpret and present financial results to the executive management team highlighting key insights, risk and opportunities for the enterprise with the goal to support growth, drive profitability and prioritize operational activities that will optimize the financial performance of the enterprise.The position may be based in Northville, Michigan and reports directly to the VP, Corporate FP&A of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the indirect cash flow model including the respective reporting, forecasting and analytics; includes driving core assumptions, insights and analytics, presentation materials, scenario models and process steps working closely with Treasury, FP&A and the businesses Align with the treasury team to coordinate the development of the direct method cash forecast and alignments to the indirect cash method Responsible developing and coordinating various scenario-based earnings and cash flow models and analytics to support long-term strategic plans Support M&A activities by preparing complex financial models, analytics and due diligence support Lead cross-business projects/strategic initiatives including executive report outs Prepare various complex financial models and analyses to assist management in potential strategic decisions or key cost drivers Lead the Tenneco Governance Meeting (TGM); leading the process and reviewing the capital, quotes, other actions requiring executive approval Support the month-end management reporting process, variance analysis and presentation materials; provide clear insightful analytics to drive business decisions and transparency Prepare and support board and executive management presentations and reports in a clear concise manner to deliver relevant, accurate and timely materials Business Partner to support the Leadership Teams and Business Segments; develop effective working relationships Optimize key financial processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency; drive one stream (financial consolidation tool) reporting and analytic improvements Drive continuous improvement in personal responsibilities, team, and wider Tenneco organization Other requirements as needed

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA strongly preferred, CPA a plus Experience: Seasoned finance leader with a bachelor's degree in Finance (or Accounting) and 10+ years of progressive experience with a proven track record Extensive experience leading FP&A functions Skills Ability to go beyond the numbers to discern meaningful insights and identify the broad business implications of global, operational decisions and their alignment to strategic imperatives Strong communication and presentation skills both oral and written Advanced analytical and mode
