Job Description

You are the face of the PHM talent team responsible for providing administrative support to the entire department. You will coordinate and partner with other teams including: the agency Chief Talent Officer, Talent Partners, PHM employee base, Publicis Health talent team, Shared Services (payroll and benefits) and US Marketing Services tasks to perform responsibilities. You will be immersed in all aspects of human resources and gain exposure to specialty areas of HR and interact and support all the people of the organization. You will report to the Talent Generalist.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

  • Be a resource for company policy in responding to payroll, benefits, and other employee inquiries

  • Manage relationship between USMS Data Team for any employee transactions (payroll, on- and offboarding)

  • Provide support and assistance for all employee relations activities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding logistics

  • Submit regular IT tickets on behalf off new hires, departing employees, and ad-hoc requests

  • Ensure data integrity through proper job mapping and coordination with people data team

  • Work with talent team to submit quarterly and annual Corporate Social Responsibility reports

  • Responsible for System Management and Auditing: Systems include: Replicon, Smart Recruiter, Career Settings, IMAC, Employee Files

Qualifications

  • You will have undergraduate degree in related discipline or a completed HR certification (SHRM)

  • You will have a basic understanding of core Talent competencies.

  • Able to organize and prioritize work

  • Participate in group meetings

  • You will demonstrate interest in participating in the business outside of daily responsibilities and act as a steward of culture.

  • You will be comfortable presenting

  • Accurately process HR transactions

  • You will demonstrate, client services and teamwork skills, and work with all levels of management and personnel both internally and externally

  • Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

  • Demonstrated ability in solving technical issues

Compensation Range: $50,000-$52,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and we reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
