Description We are in search of a Financial Controller to join our team in MONTGOMERY, Illinois. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the financial and accounting processes of our organization, including P& L analysis, financial reporting, budget creation, cost analysis, and cash management. This role will also involve assisting in audit processes and managing a small team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial and accounting processes within the organization.

• Conduct P& L analyses to aid in financial decision-making.

• Prepare financial reports for management review.

• Assist in the creation of budgets and perform cost analyses.

• Manage cash flow within the organization.

• Assist in audit processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Lead a small team, providing direction, and ensuring high visibility to upper management.

• Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient operations.

• Oversee budget processes for the organization.

• Manage profit and loss to ensure the company's financial health. Requirements • Must possess skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Proficient in budget processes including planning, forecasting, and adjusting.

• Demonstrable experience in managing profit and loss statements.

• Ability to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in the use of financial software and systems.

• Adept at data analysis and interpretation.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Must possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
