Description

A progressive law firm is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience. This paralegal must have pre-judgment and/or post-judgment bankruptcy experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal who wants to join a tech-savvy firm and grow in their legal career!

The firm:

• This paralegal will join a full-service midsized firm that has been established in Los Angeles for 35+ years.

The ideal paralegal will have:

• Experience with commercial, bankruptcy, or financial services litigation

• Experience with:

• Trial and deposition prep

• Drafting legal documents

• Legal research

• Case management

• Document review and production

• The firm will give this paralegal the autonomy to handle substantive legal work!

• The ability to bill for their time (either a paralegal certificate, attestation, or equivalent)

Logistics:

• The firm has a very reasonable 100 hour/month billable hour target for paralegals (and they are flexible about evaluating people based on the quality of their work over churning out a high quantity of hours)

• They are offering this paralegal a stellar compensation package that includes excellent healthcare (both PPO and HMO options), 401K with profit sharing, PTO, and more!

• This paralegal will have the permanent flexibility to work remotely 3 days/week
