Examine financial records; report information to managers or other personnel; prepare financial documents, reports, or budgets; prepare the analysis and supporting documentation for the monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet review; prepare and/or review adjusting journal entries; coordinate and prepare the Quarterly and Year End Fluctuation Letters and Analysis; work with the External Auditor on any issues related to the payment or reporting of taxes; maintain Chart of Accounts; review the various journals before posting; prepare bankreconciliations.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
