ManpowerGroup Financial Analyst II in Livonia, Michigan

Our client, an enterprise-level Telecommunications firm, is seeking a Financial Analyst III to join their team. As a Financial Analyst II, you will be part of a tight-knit team supporting exciting and groundbreaking work in the telecom and infrastructure space. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Job Title: Financial Analyst II

Location: Livonia, Michigan (on site)

Pay Range: $42,000 - $62,000

What’s the Job?

  • Analyze and reconcile accounts. Prepare and annotate variance reports.

  • Work with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets.

  • Perform research to understand the accounting consequences of alternative approaches.

  • This role requires a thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present financial analysis to management.

Typical day in the role/task breakdown:

-35% Management reporting

-35% activities around month-end close

-20% Budgeting and forecasting

-10% Other (adhoc).

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in financial forecasting, analysis, or related

  • 3+ years of experience working with financial management applications (Oracle Netsuite, Cube, Workday ,Tableau, etc)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
