Corporate Treasury Operations Specialist The Corporate Treasury Operations Specialist role will be responsible for managing, executing, and improving system and functionality of Corporate Treasury Operations. The role will be a key contributor to the process flows. This role will be responsible for designing and managing internal controls and ensuring the controls are executed timely and consistently making recommendations to improve current processes and functionalities. This role will manage major workflows including but not limited to due from banks analysis and funding, systems records maintenance and controls, credit exposure reporting and counterparty collateral management, investigation of complex financial instrument differences. Position Competencies: Successful incumbents possess effective written and verbal communication skills, time management, adaptability to change, problem solving skills and ability to influence change. Position Responsibilities: Assist in development of financial plan, responsible for expense reduction, contribute to savings idea generation, variance meetings, accounting support, and prevents operational losses. Proactively manage controllable expense line items such as overtime, supplies and vendor fees. Meet business expectations by managing daily transaction processing workflows through staff direction and direct intervention. Manages an average of 1500 Security and loan portfolios for Comerica Bank. Settlement of collateral activity for the bank which are related to Capital Market Operation, Trust, and Municipality. Collect principal and interest income which averages $100MM monthly. Monitor analysis and funding, system records maintenance and controls, financial audit analysis and variance resolution, risk position management and reporting, investigation of any difference arises from principal and interest receivable Identify issues to be resolved and lead in resolution efforts. Support the designing of key performance indicators and ensure KPIs are kept by the processors. Understand how the upstream and downstream functions work with the applications group uses and identify risk areas within the workflows. Ensure that any project's requirements are met, and baseline financial targets met. Resolve differences/issues, minimize disruption to operations' areas, coordinate all internal/external audit and exam activity, problem solving. Ensure no material weakness in the unit's internal control structure, perform control elements, manage compliance training for unit, maintain risk assessment, policy changes, spreadsheet controls, SOX compliance. Responsible for designing and managing internal controls and ensuring controls are executed timely and consistently and making recommendations to improve current processes and functionalities. Responsible for designing and monitoring disaster recovery functions and business continuity planning and responses. Resolve differences/issues, minimize disruption to operations' areas, coordinate all internal/external audit and exam activity, problem solving. Administer production performance process and reporting. Support and collaborate with business partners, refresh strategy, manage initiatives towards achieving our strategy, support Payment Delivery Services guiding principal.

Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 4 years of experience in internal audit and risk controls
