Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking an Electrical Infrastructure Sales Leader in Florida to drive the Infrastructure in the East region. This role will report directly to the Head of East Region, SI. This critical leadership role is highly visible in our organization.

Electrical Infrastructure Sales Leader - Low/Medium Voltage Products (Florida)

This position will be remote/hybrid in Florida, with the Tampa and Orlando areas preferred.

Role Description

  • Drive accretive margin growth in the electrical infrastructure portfolio in the Florida market.

  • Create and execute account plans with long term vision, strategy, and tactical actions to drive strategic initiatives and requirements forward to enable customer growth.

  • Direct leadership team responsibility of (14) to achieve sales goals and implement strategic priorities.

  • Develop power system account penetration strategies for customer accounts, new customer acquisition and business development contractor accounts.

  • Own direct relationships with key contractor accounts in collaboration with channel partners to support customer opportunity needs, challenges and escalations.

  • Educate contactors on the full Smart Infrastructure portfolio to penetrate the market and enhance value engineering with collaboration and Xcelerator.

  • Drive change management adaptation to the local business environment on changing market needs.

  • Participate in industry conferences (NEMA/NECA, etc), drive thought leadership, speaking engagements in local events.

  • Mentor, coach and support the sales executives during early engagement, opportunity development, and tactical close phases for win strategy.

  • Build strong connections with key stakeholders within SI Business Units, SI US S&OP, SI US EP/EA.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree

  • 5+ years of sales experience working across various contractor Go-To-Market

  • 5+ years subject matter expertise in Electrical Infrastructure - Low/Medium Voltage Products

  • Ability to travel 50%.

  • Individual must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.

  • Individual must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan.

  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years of direct team leadership managing sales professionals.

  • Demonstrated experience with change management and influential selling.

  • Ability to build effective relationships in a matrix environment.

  • Strong customer focus: ability to develop customer specific value propositions and win strategies.

The pay range for this position is $ $118,800 - $203,700 and is eligible for Sales Incentive. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
