Position Summary
United Way of Central Indiana recognizes that the key to success is a strong and cohesive team that works through shared values to achieve our mission.This role will collaborate with other UWCI teams likeSII,Finance,Fundraising andBrandto customizeengagementtoolsto meet the needs of the corporate partnersand UWCI.The positionis responsible forassistingwith workplace employee file integration into CRM database; set up,configure,and support workplace campaigns that use one of our engagement platforms;maintainsthe integrity of data in CRM database;provides support toCRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud end users; imports and integrates other data files into CRM database.
Position Duties and Responsibilities

Online Workplace GivingPlatform
Configure settings and update content ofweb-basedworkplace giving platformthroughStratusLive'sIgniteGiveat Work(workplace giving portal)for UWCI corporate partners.
Manageonlineworkplace pledge campaign interaction from requirements discovery through implementation,campaigndurationand campaign closure.

``` - Mine, transform and import data from CRM intoworkplacegiving portal for campaign execution based on employee data provided by corporate partners.
Provide periodic reports fromworkplacegiving portals such as no response lists, donor network memberships and campaign progress.
Set-up,monitorand control email distributionthroughSendgridtoconstituents.
Use creative approach to customize each pledge site to meet UWCI andcorporate partnerneeds.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ensure integrity of datawithin Marketing Cloud andsync data as needed toCRM
Assistwith list/campaign creation for emailsends
Data Integrity and Management
Ensure integrity of data throughout the databasewith a focus on minimizing duplicate records.
Maintain data confidentiality.
Importlarge amountsof data from various file formats (CSV, Excel, XLM, etc.) tothesystem while ensuring integrity of the data.
Assist with CRM data cleanup and maintenance to ensure it is high quality.
Pull data from prior CRM databases stored in SQL andimportas necessary.
Other Responsibilities
Provide support to CRM users,assistintriagingsupport cases.
Providetimely,courteous,and professional service to requests from internal and external customers.

``` - Collect, monitor, and present important system metrics to stakeholders. Assist UWCI team members with complex data extraction, importing, and analysis.
Promote a cooperative spirit within the organization.
Performsspecial assignments and other work, on an as-needed basis.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor'sdegreein related fieldrequired.*Work experience may substitute for education requirements on a case-by-case basis.
2-4 yearsofweb-based applicationexperiencerequired.
Database management experiencein Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforcepreferred. Demonstratedcompetencies inmaintainingcritical data integrity and confidentiality, attention to detail,and applied technical skillsrequired.
Significant knowledge of Microsoft Excelincludingusing formulas and data manipulation.
Knowledge of various Office 365 applications like SharePoint and Power BI preferred.
Excellent time management, multi-taskingand organizational skills with the ability to plan and follow-through.
