Schedule: Monday-Friday. 8:00am-5:00pm (30-minute lunch)

What’s a typical day as an Onsite Service Specialist? You’ll be:

• Reporting directly to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager

• Providing consistent and high-quality food and beverage set up/service to clients

• Coordination/Setting up and breaking down conference rooms according to event orders

• Maintaining cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment, and meeting rooms

• Assisting with general clerical, reception, copying, mail services, and shipping and receiving tasks

• Manage conference/hospitality calendar, greet clients and guests.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of related hospitality and office experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong customer service and organization skills.

• Basic computer and office equipment skills.

• Ability to meet/exceed customer expectations.

• Ability to follow directions.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Ability to work as a team or individually.
