Job Overview: TLI, LLC is seeking a diligent and organized Clerical/Administrative Professional to join our accounting team on an intern or part-time basis. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to the efficiency of our financial operations, even without prior accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing company bank accounts and financial transactions.
• Support daily accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.
• Facilitate the preparation and execution of check runs.
• Perform ad-hoc data entry tasks as required.
• Help organize financial documents, such as invoices and receipts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed.

   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college program is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Some familiarity with accounting practices and terminology is advantageous but not required.
• Experience with financial software is a plus.
