What your day will look like:

• Maintaining equipment that produces high quality foods that are eaten EVERYDAY, NATIONWIDE.

• Using TECHNOLOGY in an industry-leading facility.

• Working with HIGH-LEVEL technicians on EXPERIENCED teams that are looking to pass down their knowledge to workers WILLING TO LEARN and get paid doing it.

• CHALLENGING yourself to get the JOB DONE RIGHT and gain skills to take with you to your next opportunity.

• Troubleshoot problems with machinery and partner with operations staff to resolve issues.

• Calibrate processing and packaging systems daily to meet required specifications.

• Participate in the start-up, changeover, and shut down of operating equipment.

• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives in order to increase plant performance.

What your schedule will look like:

8-hour shifts

• Saturday- Wednesday Day shift: 5 am to 1:30 pm

• Night shift: 1 pm to 9:30 pm

• Overnight shift: 9 pm to 5:30 am

What you have to offer:

• Minimum of a high school education or GED

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Physical requirements:

• 75% of time: Standing/Walking/Climbing/Lifting (up to 50lbs)/Pulling and/or Pushing/Grasping with fingers/Reaching with hands and arms/Stooping and Crouching.

• Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms.
