Manpower is seeking qualified professionals for a direct hire Field Service Technician position with a top company located in Concord, NC.

Key responsibilities for this role are to travel to client locations in the US to install, maintain, and repair large equipment and machines.

• Perform mechanical skills including; mechanical, electrical (basic wiring connections), pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and investigating problems, conducting tests, commissioning and training.

• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements, confidentiality.

• Must be able to stand on a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable in plant conditions (hot/cold).

• Must be able to travel 75% annually and work weekends if needed.
