Job Title: Clinical Dietitian I

Job Location : Sampson Regional Medical Center Clinton, NC

$5000 Sign On Bonus and $3000 Relocation Funds!

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton, NC. The Clinical Dietitian will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nutrition care to our patients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' nutritional status and develop personalized nutrition care plans

  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress towards achieving nutrition goals

  • Provide nutrition education to patients and their families

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Document patient care in the electronic medical record

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD / RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration

  • Dietitian License in the state of North Carolina

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.
