HR Services Manager

About the Role:

As the Manager of HR Operations and Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of HR operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You will lead a team of HR professionals in delivering high-quality HR services to employees and stakeholders, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices in HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding processes, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with HR leadership to design and implement HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and retention.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems and technologies, leading system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to support operational efficiency and data integrity.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for HR-related services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.

  • The candidate must have strong client experience and will be interacting with the client daily.

  • This position covers EMEA, Guatemala, and Cary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including employment law, benefits administration, payroll processing, and data privacy.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower a team.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies in HR functions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Experience with HRIS implementation and project management.

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $68,000-$75,000
