Description

Olivia Quinlan from Robert Half Technology is currently accepting applications for a Software Developer position on behalf of a client in the Buffalo, NY area.

Your responsibilities in this role:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and scripts for ETL processes.

• Modify programming based on client requests or internal needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, performance, and integration issues.

• Document database schemas, processes, and procedures.

• Create new programs to fulfill client and internal requirements.

• Assist with system updates, configurations, and patches.

• Maintain a Test Database with Data Obfuscation.

• Manage SOR/databases, including encryption, backups, etc.

• Design and implement reports for all organizational departments.

• Pull, upload, and process client data from specified websites within set time frames.

• Manage evidence collection to ensure compliance with audit requirements.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing data for procedural changes and exceptions.

  Requirements

• You might be a good fit for this position if you have familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database)

• Foundational knowledge in Computer Science Engineering

• Advanced knowledge of multiple programming languages such as C+, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or VBA.

• Strong proficiency in SQL programming language with experience in writing complex queries and stored procedures.
