Job Description

Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Capabilities (EC) Digital Academy Program Support Specialist to support the development and expansion of our Digital Academy, a digital acceleration program, focused on upskilling resources on premier projects with the goal of optimizing design hours. You will play a critical role in helping individuals enhance their digital skills and knowledge as well as helping the company create solutions for capacity constraints, delivering unparalleled design quality, and implementing new ways of working as the industry evolves.

The Digital Academy framework is based on four pillars, Assessment, Curriculum, Subject Matter Expert (SME) Led Training and Delivery Platforms. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the execution of this vision.

This position will offer flexibility for a hybrid work schedule, combination of office and remote work schedule and can be based in our Durban, South Africa or Bucharest, Romania office locations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders from around the globe to support and guide the administration and completion of assessment assignments.

  • Upload assessments assignments to assessment software, troubleshoot any issues, coordinate with appropriate resources to resolve, and ensure successful launch of assessment invites.

  • Provide access to assessments reporting to relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of assessment data in compliance with company policies.

  • Support the team with the planning, organizing, and production of training materials.

  • Provide content management support, including creating, modifying, organizing, maintaining, and removing content to ensure content is up to date.

  • Stay apprised of new features/functionality in editing and training platforms to enhance efficiencies and bring new ideas to the team.

  • Assist in overall business-related activities and presentations.

  • Organize, process, and present information.

  • Analyze and interpret data to help improve processes and support team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Basic technical skills desired, to troubleshoot, problems solve and improve processes, using various software systems.

  • Familiarity with software and tools used for content creation, editing, and uploading is beneficial.

  • Knowledge of multimedia design principles and video production/editing skills are beneficial.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, training & development.
