Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to join our team.

Position Summary:
The IT Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Help develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA
Monitor and help maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, escalating as needed to ensure minimal disruption to patient care
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
Collaborate with external IT consultants on a routine basis regarding open projects
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending upgrades and enhancements as appropriate
Provide training and desktop support to staff on IT systems and best practices
Manage an on-site Technical Support Specialist
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, including EMR/EHR systems, PACS, and medical imaging software
Experience with healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and Meaningful Use
Proven track record of managing projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
