Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Manager in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves the oversight of both on-site and remote team members, with a focus on server and networking support in an enterprise environment. The successful candidate will be adept at using a range of software and systems, including Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Epic Software, and ServiceNow Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.

• Manage both on-site and remote team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different locations.

• Provide expert server and networking support within an enterprise environment.

• Utilize a variety of software and systems, including Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Epic Software, and ServiceNow Platform.

• Monitor and manage system deployments, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the required standards.

• Lead and coordinate AB Testing initiatives to optimize system performance.

• Manage computer hardware resources and ensure their effective use.

• Oversee configuration management tasks to maintain system security and performance.

• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

• Resolve any system-related issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies

• Demonstrable experience with CRM systems

• Strong knowledge of database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Epic Software

• Experience in AB Testing

• Strong understanding of computer hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Ability to manage deliverables effectively

• Knowledge in application deployments

• Experience with ServiceNow Platform
