You’ll make a difference by:

· Be a key player in our payroll transformation project as part of a wider HR transformation program.

· Support the Payroll Leads in developing and building the global payroll governance approach.

· Ensure payroll performance of third parties through key performance and risk indicators.

· Find opportunities for improvement (i.e. processes) to ensure global standard and efficient operational delivery

· Bring sound knowledge and experience of multi-country payroll delivery and governance, delivering change and re-engineering processes.

· Working with other partners i.e. Accounting, Treasury, Finance , to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and followed.

· Payroll Management.

· Compliance Management (Tax Social Security and Insurance)

· Escalation Management

· Vendor Management

Your success is grounded in:

· 4-6yrs of experience into Payroll.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
